Seras partners with Cloud Benefits to provide a wide variety of benefits for our colleagues. In March, Cloud hosted Employee Benefits Roadshows, visiting Seras’ sites and transport hubs to showcase the comprehensive benefits available to team members.
These events attracted an impressive turnout from our teams and received fantastic feedback, demonstrating their success. Registrations to our Cloud Benefits platform jumped by almost 10%, from 73% to 82.6% and 152 employees logged onto the system to check out their options, which is an incredible result.
During the employee benefits roadshows, registrations for our Medicash app also surged, enabling more colleagues to save money on things like prescriptions, eye tests and dental care. It’s great to see so many of our colleagues prioritise their health and wellbeing.
