Executive Leadership Team

James joined the business in December 2017 and became Finance Director in January 2022. He has responsibility for the delivery of our financial and business strategies. James also leads the People and Business Improvement teams.

Alan joined the business in June 2016 and has been instrumental in developing and driving our operations across the UK. Alan, who became Operations Director in March 2020, is responsible for the transport division in ensuring they deliver the wood fuel to the plants in a safe and efficient way, overseeing our processing and storage sites and ensuring that all contractual obligations are being met in fuel manufacture.

Neil has been our commercial director since September 2019. Neil has board responsibility for service delivery, strategic relationships, and contracts with our fuel customers and suppliers. He also leads on delivering business and strategic development opportunities with new and existing customers.

Richard joined the business in May 2020 as Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him significant experience in the waste and environment sectors. Richard provides strong leadership to develop and implement the business’ growth strategy. His primary focus is on strengthening our core business, overseeing the development of wider waste to energy streams and enhancing relationships with all key stakeholders.
