Seras’ Megaskips division is being rebranded following the successful expansion of the commercial skip hire business.
The skip service has doubled in the last six month after the business was expanded into the Yorkshire region. To align with the wider business, the Roll On Roll Off (RORO) skip livery will now be rebranded from Megakips to Seras.
A new national number, 0808 1963 630 is also being launched for customers to arrange delivery and collection of Seras’ RoRo skips, which are available throughout the North West and Yorkshire.
Neil Spencer, Commercial Director at Seras, said: “The success of the commercial skip hire business reflects the significant investment we have made into the business. Enabling organisations to divert their waste wood from landfill is an important part of our end-to-end service and wider sustainability strategy. In the future our RoRo skips have the potential to carry other sources of waste as we look to diversify our waste to energy streams.”
Seras process waste wood and supply 1.7 million tonnes of renewable biomass fuel to a network of UK power plants. Every year Seras’ waste to energy solutions prevent 1.1 million tonnes of waste wood being sent to landfill.
