For the support they give to our teams
The 12th November saw the very first National Mental Health First Aider Day and we acknowledged the remarkable work and dedication of our Mental Health First Aiders across the organisation with a card and mindfulness gift to show our gratitude.
The above photograph shows some of our Mental Health First Aiders based at our Widnes offices, however we also have Mental Health First Aiders throughout our business and at each of our sites, ensuring our teams have access to mental health support wherever they’re based in the UK.
Nathalie Hoyle, People Manager and Wellbeing Lead said, “It’s fantastic to see this becoming a recognised National Day of Appreciation, which shows how important mental wellbeing and resilience is to business success. I’m proud of how many of our Seras team want to be part of this amazing initiative to support our colleagues and business.
This is also a perfect example of our team demonstrating our Take Care and Stronger Together Seras values and we’re proud of and extend a heartfelt thank you to each member of our Mental Health First Aider team. Your compassion, understanding, and willingness to support colleagues in need truly makes a world of difference. Whether it’s offering a listening ear, signposting to resources, or simply being present, your efforts help foster a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.”
So, we’re celebrating the positive impact these amazing individuals have on our workplace wellbeing, where colleagues feel able and empowered to seek help when needed.
